Forward deployed engineers

Your custom strategy and systems, delivered in under a month. Or we work for free until they are.

Our engineers set the strategy, build the systems and train your team, from the day your Platform is configured until working with AI is how the work gets done.

How long each client took to first real use.

From the day each system was started to the day it first did real work, read from the systems' own timestamps.

What you get

One engagement. Three layers.

The Platform, the systems we build on it and the engineers who run the work. You buy all three together, so one team answers for the result.

One engagement. Three layers. The Platform, the systems we build on it and the engineers who run the work. You buy all three together, so one team answers for the result.
  1. The Platform

Configured for you on day one, on infrastructure isolated to your company: its own repository, database and deployment. An AI team led by a Chief of Staff, a Brain over your documents, workflows, goals and approvals.

  2. Custom systems

Built around the processes that move your numbers, on top of the Platform. Before we build one, the proposal puts a measured value on it, in hours a week or dollars a year.

  3. The engineers

People who sit with your team, map the work, build the systems and teach your people to use them. They stay until it sticks.

The path

From day one to your team using it.

Six stops, in this order. The first is done before anyone logs in. The last is the one that makes the rest worth having.

The engagement, stop by stop. By hand: Your Platform is set up and isolated before anyone logs in., Your AI team is staffed to match your org, with a Chief of Staff as the front door., Your documents go into the Brain, and we measure what it can answer from them., Every goal gets a recorded starting point, so progress can be shown., The systems we mapped and valued go live, one at a time, on your real work., The Monday update reaches a person, and each person on your team is using the Platform.. What the engineers do

They set it, build it and teach it.

The same people carry your engagement from the first mapping call to the last training session.

  1. Set the strategy

We map how your team works and where the hours go. Then we put a number on every system we propose, so you can see what each one is worth before it is built.

  2. Build the systems

We build the systems that move those numbers, on your Platform, with your people in the room. Once live, each one runs on its own schedule.

  3. Train your team

We train your people on their own work until working with AI is how the work gets done. Where your team wants to build its own systems, we show them how.

What we build

Fourteen systems we start from.

Each starts from a design we have built before, is built around your processes and is valued in the proposal before we build it. None is a template you install.

Adoption

The work that makes it stick.

A system nobody uses is worth nothing. Training your people is part of the engagement, and every format below ends in something you keep.

  1. Executive AI briefing

90 minutes, live, your leadership room

    C-suite and board

You keep A one-page decision memo: where AI pays in your business, what it costs, and what to pilot first.

  2. AI readiness assessment

1 to 2 weeks, interviews plus tooling review

    Leadership and operations

You keep A skills and tooling baseline plus a 90-day roadmap with owners attached.

  3. Role-based workshops

    Half day per function, hands-on

Teams, split by role, on their real workflows

You keep A prompt library per role, built from your own documents and recurring tasks.

  4. Build-alongside sprints

Multi-week, your operators working with our engineers

The people who own the workflow being automated

You keep A working automation your team built with us and can extend without us.

  5. Champions program

    Per office or team, peer-led

Your most credible practitioners, not the most senior

You keep A trained champion network and the playbook it runs on after we leave.

  6. Office-hours retainer

    Standing sessions, weekly or monthly

Everyone, bring the workflow that will not cooperate

You keep A running log of solved workflows, so nothing dies in the gap between the course and the desk.

  7. Team certification

    Cohort program with assessment

Whole teams or the full firm

You keep Documented, role-tailored training records: the evidence regulators and clients ask for.

The guarantee

What it covers, in plain terms.

The signed statement of work is the reference for what was promised and when.

  1. Value

Value is measured per system, in the proposal, before we build. For example: the hours a workflow saves each week, and what those hours are worth a year. There is no blanket multiple.

  2. Scope

The statement of work names your strategy and every system we will deliver. Both sides sign it before work starts.

  3. The clock

The clock starts on the start date in your statement of work, and everything in it is delivered in under a month.

  4. If we miss it

If we miss it, we keep working at no charge until everything in the statement of work is delivered.

Questions

Questions we hear first.

Who are the forward deployed engineers?

Advizr engineers who work inside your setup. They map your processes, build the systems and train your team, from the first mapping call until your people are using what we built.

What is already built when we start?

The Platform is configured for you on day one, on infrastructure isolated to your company. Most of it is pre-built for every client. The rest is yours: your documents, playbooks, coworkers, goals, integrations and brand.

Do we get the source code?

No. You license the Platform, and your custom systems run on it. When an engagement ends and you ask in writing, we return or delete your data within 30 days, and our engineers confirm it with you. Your admins can export the knowledge base and the record of every action at any time.

How is it priced?

As one monthly partnership, set in the proposal after the mapping calls. The proposal values each system before we build it, so you decide with the number in front of you.

Do you train AI models on our data?

No. We never train AI models on your data unless you turn that on, and the database refuses a training job without your recorded consent. Your workspace runs Anthropic's models by default, with OpenAI and Google as backups, under business terms that rule out training on your data.

What if you miss the month?

If we miss it, we keep working at no charge until everything in the statement of work is delivered. The statement of work names what was promised.

Run your whole company on AI.

Tell us how your business runs. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the call.
