Leadership

A Chief of Staff for the CEO, the founder and the COO.

Atlas runs your AI team. Ask him once. He answers from your documents and connected apps, or hands the work to the department that owns it. By default, anything that leaves the company waits for your OK.

Your custom strategy and systems, delivered in under a month. Or we work for free until they are.

Replayed with example data

Ask the way you would ask your Chief of Staff. Pick an ask. Atlas answers himself from your connected apps and documents, or hands the work to the lead whose department owns it.

Your leadership team, staffed

Atlas leads six departments and hands each the work it owns.

This is Advizr's own AI team on the Advizr Platform: the Chief of Staff, with a lead for sales, marketing, operations, finance, support and research. Atlas is your front door, and you can talk to any coworker directly.

The day, drawn twice

A COO's week, by hand and on the system.

Four steps of a COO's week. The dashed line is how they run today. The coral line is the Chief of Staff and the team taking them over, up to the one place it stops: your approval.

A COO's week. By hand: Chase each department head for a status, Read every inbox and thread, Rebuild the goal tracker, Write the weekly update by hand. On the Advizr Platform: Atlas collects every team's week, Selma picks the day's priorities, Vera tracks each goal's pace, Atlas drafts the leadership update. It ends at you approve the update.

  1. Morning priorities

Reads the inbox, shared files, Slack and the approvals waiting on you, then picks what matters most today, each item linked to where it came from.

Measured in hours a week you spend triaging your own inbox.

  2. Monday leadership update

Collects every department's week, checks each number against its source and drafts the update for your OK.

Measured in hours a week across the leads who used to write it.

  3. Goal tracker

Each goal gets a pace bar against its date and a forecast once there are enough readings. Owners are asked for an update before a goal slips.

Measured in goals caught off pace while there is still time to act.

  4. Board pack

Pulls finance, sales and operations into your board template and drafts the commentary from what changed.

Measured in hours per board meeting.

  5. Decision log

Pulls every decision and owner out of leadership meetings and follows up until each one closes.

Measured in decisions closed on time.

Held for your OK

One corner for the whole company's asks.

Every department's asks reach the same approvals corner, newest first. By default your coworkers ask before they send anything outside your company, and you set how far each one may go.

How we deliver it

Your custom strategy and systems, delivered in under a month. Or we work for free until they are.

Forward deployed engineers set the strategy, build the systems and train your team. Before we build a system, the proposal puts a measured value on it, in hours a week or dollars a year.

  1. Day one

We configure your platform and isolate it before anyone logs in.

  2. Map and value

We map how your team works and put a number on every system we propose.

  3. Build

We build the systems that move those numbers.

  4. Adopt

We train your team until working with AI is how the work gets done.

Questions

Questions we hear first.

What does the Chief of Staff do?

Atlas is the front door to your AI team. Ask him in chat, or in Slack and email once we connect them. He answers himself or hands the work to the coworker whose role fits, then brings the result back. You can also talk to any coworker directly.

Do I need to learn a new tool?

Not much. You ask in plain words, in chat or in Slack and email once we connect them, and the approvals come to you. Our forward deployed engineers set the strategy with you, build the systems and train your team until working with AI is how the work gets done.

How do I know it is working?

Each goal shows a pace bar against its date, and a forecast once there are enough readings. A weekly update says what the team did, how goals are going and what needs you. Every system we build has a value set in the proposal, in hours or dollars, before we build it.

What can it do without asking me?

By default your coworkers ask before they send anything outside your company, move money, delete data or change access. You set how far each coworker may go, and one switch pauses every coworker and workflow within seconds.

Where does the company's data live?

In a database provisioned for your company alone, on isolated infrastructure: its own repository, database and deployment. Your database can sit in Canada, in Montreal. The app servers and the AI models run in the United States today. We never train AI models on your data unless you turn that on. We hold no security certifications today, and we claim none we do not hold.

How fast does this start?

Your custom strategy and systems, delivered in under a month. Or we work for free until they are. The Platform is configured on day one, with your Chief of Staff and AI team already on the chart.

Run your whole company on AI.
