Professional services

AI that knows your files and follows your rules.

For insolvency practices, law firms and accounting firms. An AI team takes intake, precedent search and document chasing, and by default it asks a professional before anything leaves the firm.

Your custom strategy and systems, delivered in under a month. Or we work for free until they are.

600+ automated runs a month at each of our four Platform clients. System logged by Advizr, 15 Oct 2026

Proof

A Brain that cites its sources, and says no when it has none.

The acceptance run of Hoyes Michalos's Brain, replayed answer by answer. No question, answer or document is shown.

Hoyes Michalos, a licensed insolvency practice, runs on the Advizr Platform. We built its Brain over the firm's own documents. In the acceptance run, Advizr's harness graded each answer for a matching source, and each question with no source on whether the Brain declined it. It is Advizr's own measurement, not the firm's sign-off.

48 of 51answers grounded in a matching sourceSystem loggedby Advizr, 17 Jul 2026
8 of 8questions it had no source for, declinedSystem loggedby Advizr, 17 Jul 2026
The acceptance eval of the Hoyes Michalos knowledge brain, replayed one question at a time: each cell is one real question, filled when the answer was grounded in a matching source, marked when the brain correctly declined, and outlined in amber for the three misses. No question text is shown.

Each square is one question from the acceptance run, in the order it was asked. Ticks are answers grounded in a matching source, and a declined question is shown as declined. No question, answer or document is shown.

The operating layer

Your files at the base. Your rules on top.

The Platform sits between the systems you keep and the systems we build for your practice, on infrastructure isolated to your firm. Our engineers work alongside.

A firm like yours's operating layer, drawn as four plates pulled apart, from the bottom. Your systems of record. Practice management, Document store, Email and calendars, Time and billing. Isolated infrastructure. Its own repository, database and deployment. The Advizr Platform. A Chief of Staff and an AI team, the Brain, workflows and approvals. Systems built for your practice. Intake with a conflict check, Answers cited to your files, Deadlines that chase themselves. Beside the stack, joined to the top two plates by one line: Forward deployed engineers. Set the strategy, build the systems, train your team.

A day on the system

She keeps the judgment. The coworkers take the assembly.

Five moments from one associate's day, each on a real surface of the Platform. The work she bills for stays with her.

A corporate associate's Tuesday

  1. 8:10

The precedent is found, not researched

She asks how the firm has capped indemnities in share purchases. The Brain answers from closed files and cites the matter and the page.

  2. 9:40

Intake runs while she is in a meeting

A new client's parties are checked against past and current files, and the engagement letter is drafted before she is out.

  3. 11:30

    The letter waits for her

The draft sits in her approvals. She changes one clause and sends it.

  4. 2:15

The chase runs while she bills

Outstanding undertakings are listed for each file, and the reminders to the other side are drafted for one approval.

  5. 5:30

The client partner gets a status line

What moved on each file today, and what is stuck, goes into the partner's weekly update.

Every surface on this page shows example data. None of it is a client's.

Approvals

A creditor notice waits for the person who signs it.

By default your coworkers ask before they send anything outside the firm. The request arrives in the app and in your inbox, and only someone signed in can approve it.

Built around your rules

Privilege and licensing rules, each matched to a control.

What your regulators expect when AI touches a file, and what the Platform does about it today. Where a control is built per engagement, the row says so.

Press a control to see every rule it answers. Press a rule to see its control.

  1. Solicitor-client privilege

Privileged material stays under the firm's control and in front of the people on the file.

Your firm runs on isolated infrastructure: its own repository, database and deployment. Your files never share a table with another company.

  2. Law society guidance on generative AI

The lawyer supervises what AI produces and keeps client confidences.

Coworkers draft and, by default, ask before anything leaves. Every action leaves a record in your own database that your admins can export.

  3. The Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy

The licensed insolvency trustee answers for every notice, report and filing, whoever drafted it.

By default coworkers ask before anything leaves the firm, and approving a send takes a person signed in to the app.

  4. CPA codes of professional conduct

Confidential client information is used only for the work it was given for.

We never train AI models on your data unless you turn that on. The database refuses a training job without your recorded consent.

  5. PIPEDA and provincial privacy acts

Personal information is handled with consent, and you can say where it is processed.

Your database can sit in Canada. The app servers and the AI models run in the United States today, and we show you where each part runs before you sign.

  6. Ethical walls between matters

People walled off from a matter cannot see it.

Every request is checked against the person's role on the server. Walls between matters inside the firm are built per engagement and named in the proposal.

Systems we build

Five systems a practice asks for first.

Each one is valued in the proposal by what it saves, in hours a week or days off a file, before we build it.

  1. Intake and conflict check

Reads every intake, checks each party against past and current files and drafts the engagement letter for approval.

Hours a week of intake, and days from first call to signed letter

  2. Answers from your own files

A Brain over the firm's documents that answers with citations and says so when it has no source.

Hours a week spent finding past work

  3. Document and undertaking chaser

Lists what each file still needs, drafts the reminders and keeps asking until the document arrives.

    Hours a week of follow-up

  4. Notices and filings

Drafts each notice from the file, in your firm's template, and holds it for the professional who signs.

    Hours of drafting per file

  5. Client status updates

A short status for each client, written from what moved on the file that week.

Hours a week of status emails

How we deliver it

Your custom strategy and systems, delivered in under a month. Or we work for free until they are.

Forward deployed engineers set the strategy, build the systems and train your team. Before we build a system, the proposal puts a measured value on it, in hours a week or dollars a year.

  1. Day one

We configure your platform and isolate it before anyone logs in.

  2. Map and value

We map how your team works and put a number on every system we propose.

  3. Build

We build the systems that move those numbers.

  4. Adopt

We train your team until working with AI is how the work gets done.

Questions

Questions we hear first.

Does client data leave Canada?

Your database can sit in Canada, in Montreal. The app servers and the AI models run in the United States today, so a question passes through the US when it is answered. We show you where each part runs before you sign, and the product lists every outside service that receives your data.

Does privileged material train anyone's model?

We never train AI models on your data unless you turn that on, and the database refuses a training job without your recorded consent. By default your workspace runs models from Anthropic, with backups from OpenAI and Google, and their business terms rule out training on your data.

Who at Advizr can see our files?

Advizr's engineers can open your workspace to build and support it, and their actions are recorded like anyone else's. Contractors and partners reach only the clients they are assigned to.

Can it send a notice or a letter on its own?

By default your coworkers ask before they send anything outside, move money, delete data or change access, and approving a send takes a person signed in to the app. Your admins can let a coworker act without asking, one conversation at a time.

What if we leave?

When an engagement ends and you ask in writing, we return or delete your data within 30 days, and our engineers confirm it with you. Your admins can export the knowledge base and the record of every action at any time.

Run your whole company on AI.

Tell us how your business runs. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the call.
