Manufacturing and distribution

Orders, lots and suppliers, answered from your own records.

For food producers, fuel distributors and building products makers. Coworkers confirm orders from stock, trace lots in one search and chase supplier papers. By default they ask a person before anything reaches a customer or a supplier.

Your custom strategy and systems, delivered in under a month. Or we work for free until they are.

600+ automated runs a month at each of our four Platform clients. System logged by Advizr, 15 Oct 2026

Proof

Systems that run on their own, at every client on the Platform.

Measured across our Platform clients, and backed by our guarantee.

Every client on the Advizr Platform gets isolated infrastructure: its own repository, database and deployment, with custom systems built on top. A manufacturer or distributor gets the same, built around its own plant, lots and suppliers.

The operating layer

Your ERP and lot records at the base. Your plant on top.

The Platform runs between the systems your plant already keeps and the systems we build for it, on infrastructure isolated to your company. Our engineers work alongside.

A manufacturer like yours's operating layer, drawn as four plates pulled apart, from the bottom. Your systems of record. ERP and inventory, Quality and lot records, Supplier files, Email and EDI. Isolated infrastructure. Its own repository, database and deployment. The Advizr Platform. A Chief of Staff and an AI team, the Brain, workflows and approvals. Systems built for your plant. Orders confirmed from stock, Lots traced in one search, Supplier papers chased on time. Beside the stack, joined to the top two plates by one line: Forward deployed engineers. Set the strategy, build the systems, train your team.

A day on the system

The paperwork keeps up while she runs the plant.

Five moments from one plant manager's Thursday, each on a real surface of the Platform.

A plant manager's Thursday

  1. 6:30

    Yesterday arrives as one brief

Output, scrap and late orders land in one update before the first shift meeting.

  2. 9:00

    Overnight orders are checked

Purchase orders that came in overnight are checked against stock, and the confirmations are drafted.

  3. 10:40

A short shipment waits for her

One confirmation needs a new date. She changes it and sends it.

  4. 1:30

A lot record is one search away

A customer asks for the records behind a delivery. The Brain finds the lot, the certificate and the supplier's papers.

  5. 3:15

    Supplier papers are chased

Certificates that expire this month get reminders drafted for one approval.

Every surface on this page shows example data. None of it is a client's.

Approvals

A rebate claim waits for your OK.

By default your coworkers ask before they send anything to a supplier or a customer. The request arrives in the app and in your inbox, and only someone signed in can approve it.

Built around your rules

Food safety and export rules, each matched to a control.

What your registrar, your customers and the regulators expect when AI touches a lot or a drawing, and what the Platform does about it today.

Press a control to see every rule it answers. Press a rule to see its control.

  1. Safe Food for Canadians Regulations

Trace a lot one step forward and one step back, on demand.

Every action leaves a record in your own database that your admins can export. The traceability search is a system we build on your lot records.

  2. Customer quality standards

Records and sign-off that survive a registrar's audit under ISO 9001 or your customer's own standard.

Releases and dispositions stay with your quality lead. By default coworkers ask before they send anything outside.

  3. Controlled goods and export controls

Controlled technical data stays in the registered environment, in front of authorized people.

Your database can sit in Canada. The app servers and the AI models run in the United States today, so controlled data stays off the Platform unless your engagement is designed for it.

  4. Supplier and customer agreements

Prices, terms and specs shared under an agreement stay confidential.

Your company runs on isolated infrastructure: its own repository, database and deployment. No other company's data shares a table with yours.

  5. Recipes, specs and pricing

What makes your product yours is never used to build anyone else's.

We never train AI models on your data unless you turn that on. The database refuses a training job without your recorded consent.

  6. PIPEDA and provincial privacy acts

Customer contacts and employee records are handled with consent and kept safe.

Every request is checked against the person's role on the server. Remove someone and their sign in stops working within a minute.

Systems we build

Five systems a plant starts with.

Each one is valued in the proposal before we build it, in hours a week or dollars a year.

  1. Order confirmation desk

Checks each purchase order against stock and drafts the confirmation for a person to approve.

Hours a week of order entry

  2. Lot traceability search

Finds the lot record, the certificates and the supplier's papers behind any delivery in one search.

Hours per audit or mock recall

  3. Supplier certificate chaser

Tracks certificates as they near expiry and drafts the reminders before a lot is held.

    Lots held for missing papers

  4. Rebate and claims tracker

Matches volumes to supplier terms and drafts each claim before the window closes.

Dollars a year in rebates claimed

  5. Morning plant brief

Yesterday's output, scrap and late orders in one brief before the first meeting.

    Hours a week of reporting

How we deliver it

Your custom strategy and systems, delivered in under a month. Or we work for free until they are.

Forward deployed engineers set the strategy, build the systems and train your team. Before we build a system, the proposal puts a measured value on it, in hours a week or dollars a year.

  1. Day one

We configure your platform and isolate it before anyone logs in.

  2. Map and value

We map how your team works and put a number on every system we propose.

  3. Build

We build the systems that move those numbers.

  4. Adopt

We train your team until working with AI is how the work gets done.

Questions

Questions we hear first.

Does it work with our ERP?

We connect what has a way in, from the ERP to your order inbox, and build on what it holds. If a system cannot be reached, the proposal says so before you sign.

Can it send something to a customer on its own?

By default your coworkers ask before they send anything outside, move money, delete data or change access, and approving a send takes a person signed in to the app. Your admins can let a coworker act without asking, one conversation at a time.

Will controlled drawings or customer specs leave Canada?

Anything the AI reads passes through the United States today, because the app servers and the AI models run there. Your database can sit in Canada, in Montreal. Controlled technical data stays off the Platform unless your engagement is designed for it.

Do our recipes and prices train a model?

We never train AI models on your data unless you turn that on, and the database refuses a training job without your recorded consent. By default your workspace runs models from Anthropic, with backups from OpenAI and Google, and their business terms rule out training on your data.

What if we leave?

When an engagement ends and you ask in writing, we return or delete your data within 30 days, and our engineers confirm it with you. Your admins can export the knowledge base and the record of every action at any time.

Run your whole company on AI.

Tell us how your business runs. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the call.
