About Advizr
The whole firm fits on one page. That is the point.
Advizr is a boutique AI consultancy. The people on this page are the people who design, build, and run your systems. No rotating cast, no account layer.

We automated our own firm first
Advizr started in 2024 with a simple irritation. Everyone selling AI had a deck. Almost nobody had a system they ran themselves. So we built ours first: the prospecting, the research, the proposals, the reporting. Then we started building the same machinery for clients.
That order matters. When we recommend a pipeline, it is the pipeline that filled our own calendar. When we say the directives are plain text your team can edit, it is because ours are, and we edit them weekly. The company is its own first case study, and it never stops being one.
From Vancouver, we work with businesses across Canada: investment firms, law firms, and operations-heavy teams. What they have in common is simple. They wanted AI that works, not AI that looks good in a pitch deck.
CEO and Founder
James Booth

Founder introduction: coming soon
The team
A founder, a head of forward deployed engineering, and four forward deployed engineers. This is everyone, and everyone here does the work.

James
CEO and Founder
Strategy, sales, and every first call. James decides what gets built and why it pays.

Andy
Head of FDEs
Runs forward deployed engineering across every account: scope, quality, and the handover that leaves your team able to run the system without us.
Forward deployed engineers
Each one embeds on an engagement and owns the build end to end, from first integration to documented handover.

Khush
Forward Deployed Engineer
Builds and ships client systems, then trains the team that inherits them.

Damon
Forward Deployed Engineer
Owns client builds end to end, from first integration to documented handover.

Cooper
Forward Deployed Engineer
Wires AI into the tools a business already runs, and writes the runbooks behind it.

Alek
Forward Deployed Engineer
Integrations, agents, and the evals that keep them honest in production.
Capacity
Small on purpose. Here is what that means for you.
Capacity
Six people do the work: a founder, a head of forward deployed engineering, and four forward deployed engineers. We cap concurrent builds so a senior engineer owns every engagement end to end. When we're at capacity, we say so and you get a start date, not a bench.
Continuity
Every system is documented to run without its builder: runbooks, shared credential vaults, and at least two people who know each build. Nothing depends on one person. Including us.
How we decide
Four principles, in order
01
Cashflow and growth over perfection.
Systems that pay for themselves beat systems that demo well. We ship the version that moves your P&L first, then improve it in production.
02
We sell measured outcomes, not AI.
Before we build, we agree on the metric and the math. The technology is the means; the number is the deliverable.
03
Tailored, never templated.
Your workflows, your data, your stack. Nothing we ship starts from a template, because your bottleneck didn't either.
04
End-to-end, or not at all.
We build it, deploy it, train your team, and stay until it runs. No handover PDFs, no half-finished pilots.
We run on our own systems
The systems we sell are the systems running this firm right now, and we publish them as case studies like any client build. Same scrutiny, same numbers.
Dogfood case
The reply-to-deck pipeline
A prospect reply becomes a researched, costed proposal deck with a human approval gate before anything sends.

The internal ops platform
The dashboard and the scripts that run the agency's own operations, from reporting to monitoring.

The knowledge vault
The agency's own retrieval brain: one knowledge base, agent memory, and the same isolated-database pattern we sell.

The tools and the reasons behind them are public too, on the stack page.
What we won’t do
Saying no is most of the go/no-go. These are the standing refusals.
01
Strategy decks without builds.
The audit already gives you the plan for free. What we sell is the working system; if the engagement ends with slides, we won't take it.
02
Engagements where the decision-maker is absent.
If the owner or CEO is not in the room, adoption stalls and the guarantee becomes a coin flip. We do not run builds through intermediaries.
03
Work where blocked data access kills the build.
A system that cannot reach the data it needs cannot work. If access is off the table, we say so and step back rather than ship something hollow.
04
Agents that make calls a regulator expects a human to sign.
We build agents that assemble, retrieve, draft and monitor. Final judgment on legal positions, investment decisions, and anything like them stays with a person.
Why a firm this size can guarantee the result
We guarantee 2x ROI inside 90 days. Our average client sees 4.1x within 120. The floor is the promise; the average is what actually happens. The full terms are public, in plain language.
