Industries

17 industries. One method.

The build method is the same everywhere: deterministic systems, your cloud, measured payback. What changes per industry is the workflows, the compliance rules, and the proof. Where we have a published case study, the page shows it. Where we do not, the page says so, in those words.

Retrieval

Hybrid retrieval over your own documents: vector similarity and full-text search run together and merge by reciprocal rank fusion, so a query lands on the right passage whether it matches meaning or exact wording. Every answer carries the source it came from.

Agents and orchestration

Agents run against a defined skill set with an autonomy level, a spend ceiling, and a promotion gate they have to clear before they act without review. Consequential actions arrive as proposals stating risk, reversibility and expiry.

Evaluation

Graded eval sets run against real work before a change ships, and again after. When a build changes, the harness resolves which evals the change touches and reruns those. A system with no measurement is a system nobody can defend.

Models

The right model for the job, not one model for everything. Frontier models for reasoning and long-document work, embedding models for retrieval, and ordinary classifiers or forecasts where a large model would be slower and worse.

Data boundary

The build runs in your accounts. Access is scoped at the database layer with row-level security rather than by policy, and API terms are no-training. Nothing proprietary leaves your infrastructure to make our product better.

What changes per industry is the systems it reads from, the rules it works under, the failure that matters most, and how much proof we can show. Each page says which.

How an industry engagement runs

01

Discovery

We map your workflows, your systems, and where the hours actually go. The free audit is this phase, productized: you keep the ranked plan either way.

02

Optimization

Highest-payback automations first. Scope and the measurement baseline are agreed in writing before anything is built.

03

Implementation

We build in your cloud, on your accounts, with a named team. You see working software every week, not a reveal at the end.

04

Post-deployment

Training, documentation, and monitoring until your team runs the system without us. The guarantee window is measured here.

Your industry is on this page or it is next.
