Healthcare and care networks

The whole network, answered from its own records.

For home care franchises, clinics and health platforms. Coworkers find cover when a shift changes, answer caregivers from your own policies and sort every location's questions. By default, the notes to families wait for a coordinator's OK.

Your custom strategy and systems, delivered in under a month. Or we work for free until they are.

Proof

One Brain over a franchise network's own records.

What the Brain answers from, counted in the network's own database.

Nurse Next Door, a home care franchise network, runs on the Advizr Platform. We built its Brain over the network's own operating records, on infrastructure isolated to the network. For uQueue, a healthcare marketplace, we took its platform over from a previous vendor and built the engine that publishes its clinic pages.

The operating layer

Your rosters and records at the base. Your care standards on top.

The Platform runs between the systems your network already keeps and the systems we build for it, on infrastructure isolated to the network. Our engineers work alongside.

A care network like yours's operating layer, drawn as four plates pulled apart, from the bottom. Your systems of record. Scheduling and rosters, Client and family records, Care policies and manuals, Email and phones. Isolated infrastructure. Its own repository, database and deployment. The Advizr Platform. A Chief of Staff and an AI team, the Brain, workflows and approvals. Systems built for your network. Visit changes told to families, Answers from your own policies, Every location's questions, sorted. Beside the stack, joined to the top two plates by one line: Forward deployed engineers. Set the strategy, build the systems, train your team.

A day on the system

Cover and notes are drafted before the coordinator sits down.

Five moments from one coordinator's Monday, each on a real surface of the Platform. The notes to families still wait for her OK.

A care coordinator's Monday

  1. 7:00

    Two caregivers call in sick

Cover is found from the roster and the schedule changes are drafted before the first visit.

  2. 7:20

The family notes wait for her

Both notes sit in her approvals. She sends one and calls the other family herself.

  3. 10:30

A caregiver's question is answered from policy

A new caregiver asks what the policy says when a client is not home for a visit. The Brain answers from the care policies and cites the page.

  4. 1:00

    Every location's questions are sorted

The week's questions from every location are grouped by topic for the support team.

  5. 4:00

The office manager gets one update

The week's visits, changes and open questions land in one update.

Every surface on this page shows example data. None of it is a client's.

Approvals

A visit change waits for the coordinator.

By default your coworkers ask before they send anything to a family. The request arrives in the app and in your inbox, and only someone signed in can approve it.

Built around your rules

Health privacy and consent, each matched to a control.

What health privacy law and your own standards expect when AI touches a care record, and what the Platform does about it today.

Press a control to see every rule it answers. Press a rule to see its control.

  1. Provincial health privacy acts

The custodian of a record answers for every person and system that touches it, as Ontario's PHIPA and Alberta's HIA set out.

Every request is checked against the person's role on the server. Remove someone and their sign in stops working within a minute.

  2. PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25

Personal information is collected with consent, and transfers outside the province are assessed.

Your database can sit in Canada. The app servers and the AI models run in the United States today, and we show you where each part runs before you sign.

  3. Messages to clients and families

What a family hears about care comes from someone accountable for it.

In the systems we build, a visit change reaches a family after a person approves the note. By default coworkers ask before they send anything outside.

  4. Safeguards and breach duties

Know what was done with a record, and report a breach on time.

Every action leaves a record in your own database that your admins can export. Reads and page views are not all recorded.

  5. Care records and AI training

Client and care records never train someone else's model.

We never train AI models on your data unless you turn that on. The database refuses a training job without your recorded consent.

  6. Franchise and location data

Each location's records stay inside the network.

Your network runs on isolated infrastructure: its own repository, database and deployment. No other company's data shares a table with yours.

Systems we build

Five systems a care network starts with.

Each one is valued in the proposal before we build it, in coordinator hours a week or visits kept.

  1. Visit change notices

Finds cover when a shift changes, drafts the note to the family and holds it for a coordinator.

Coordinator hours a week, and visits kept

  2. Policy answers for caregivers

Answers caregiver questions from your own care policies and manuals, with the page cited.

Calls to the office a week

  3. Location questions digest

Groups every location's questions by topic for the support team each week.

Hours a week of support triage

  4. Care plan review reminders

Drafts the review reminders families need, earliest due date first, for a person to approve.

    Reviews completed on time

  5. Search over operating records

One plain-language search over years of the network's own records, with each answer citing its source.

Hours a week spent finding records

How we deliver it

Your custom strategy and systems, delivered in under a month. Or we work for free until they are.

Forward deployed engineers set the strategy, build the systems and train your team. Before we build a system, the proposal puts a measured value on it, in hours a week or dollars a year.

  1. Day one

We configure your platform and isolate it before anyone logs in.

  2. Map and value

We map how your team works and put a number on every system we propose.

  3. Build

We build the systems that move those numbers.

  4. Adopt

We train your team until working with AI is how the work gets done.

Questions

Questions we hear first.

Do you hold health privacy certifications?

No. We hold no security certifications today, and we claim none we do not hold. The Platform gives you the tools Canadian privacy law asks for day to day: each person can export their data, deletion requests go to your engineer, and the product lists every outside service your data can reach.

Where do client and care records sit?

Your database can sit in Canada, in Montreal. The app servers and the AI models run in the United States today, so a question passes through the US when it is answered. We show you where each part runs before you sign.

Do families get messages written by AI?

They get messages a person approved. In the systems we build, a visit change reaches a family after a coordinator approves the note, and the approval leaves a record.

Do care records train a model?

We never train AI models on your data unless you turn that on, and the database refuses a training job without your recorded consent. By default your workspace runs models from Anthropic, with backups from OpenAI and Google, and their business terms rule out training on your data.

What if we leave?

When an engagement ends and you ask in writing, we return or delete your data within 30 days, and our engineers confirm it with you. Your admins can export the knowledge base and the record of every action at any time.

Run your whole company on AI.

Tell us how your business runs. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the call.
