- The statement of work names your strategy and every system we will deliver. It also names the people who will use them. Both sides sign it before work starts.
- When the clock starts
- The clock starts on the start date in your statement of work. Everything in it is delivered in under a month, and your named people are using it every week by day 30.
- What counts as use
- A named person counts as using it in a week when they ask, run, approve or decide something with it, in the Platform, by email or in Slack.
- If we miss
- If either is not true, we keep working at no charge until both are. For your people, that means coaching each one on their own work until they use it every week.
- What it is worth
- Value is measured per system, in the proposal, before we build. For example: the hours a workflow saves each week, and what those hours are worth a year. There is no blanket multiple.

When does the clock start?
The clock starts on the start date in your statement of work. Everything in it is delivered in under a month, and your named people are using it every week by day 30.
Why promise use, and not only delivery?
Because a system nobody uses is worth nothing. The month gets your systems built. Day 30 checks that the people named in your statement of work use them every week.
Why no ROI multiple?
Because every system is different. A blanket multiple says nothing about the workflow in front of you. The proposal measures each system on its own: the hours it saves and what those hours are worth.
Can the guarantee change for our engagement?
Yes. Every engagement is custom, so the guarantee can be tailored to yours in the proposal.
Why can you offer it?
