That sentence is the contract clause, not the marketing version of it. The five terms below define every word.

The terms, in plain language

    Measurement

    ROI is measured the way the case studies measure it: hours and outputs recorded before the build, the same measures recorded after deployment, valued at your loaded labour cost.

    Baseline

    The baseline is agreed in writing before anything is built. You sign off on the numbers we will be measured against.

    Window

    The 90-day clock starts at deployment, not at contract signature.

    Remedy

    If the system has not returned at least twice its cost by day 90, we keep working at no charge until it does.

    Dispute

    If we disagree on the numbers, the written baseline decides. The data lives in your accounts, so you are never arguing against our spreadsheet.

What it does not cover

A guarantee you cannot test is an advertisement. Here are the edges of this one.

It covers the system we built, not your whole P&L.

ROI is measured on the baselined workflows the engagement targeted. If the market moves or another initiative underperforms, that is not what the guarantee insures.

It is not a refund.

The remedy is our time: we keep working at no charge until the system has returned twice its cost. If you want a money-back clause instead, we are not the right fit.

It needs a measurable baseline.

If the before-state cannot be measured, the guarantee cannot exist. That is why we decline engagements where data access is blocked or the baseline cannot be agreed in writing before the build.

Scope changes reset the math by agreement.

If you change the target mid-build, we re-baseline in writing, the same way the original was set. The guarantee always points at a number both sides signed.
