How we build it
Step 01
Write the rules before the greeting.
The first build settles what the agent may say, what it must disclose and where every hard question goes. A line that cannot transfer cleanly does not take calls.
Step 02
Rehearse before any caller hears it.
Your staff plays the caller, including the difficult one. Booking, the transfer path and the filed transcript all have to hold in rehearsal before the line opens.
Step 03
Open narrow, widen from the transcripts.
The line starts on one call type, with everything else transferred by default. Coverage grows only when your team reads the transcripts and agrees the line held.
What we will not automate
Advice on a live call. The agent gathers, books and files, but the moment a caller needs a judgment call it stops being the answer and becomes a warm transfer to a person who starts with the whole story.
