Education
You bought AI. Your P&L didn't notice.
Licenses were the easy part. Adoption is a behavior change, and behavior change has to be engineered. We train your people, on their own work, until the hours come back.
93/7
Companies spend 93% of AI budgets on technology and only 7% on the people expected to use it (Deloitte, 2025).
95%
95% of enterprise GenAI pilots show no measurable P&L return (MIT, 2025).
48%
48% of employees rank training as the most important factor for AI adoption, yet nearly half receive minimal or none (McKinsey, 2025).
What fixing adoption actually looks like
A national professional services firm, 500+ people in five cities, had the licenses and 23% active adoption. Role-specific training, prompt libraries, governance and champions took it to 85%.
At program end
The maturity ladder
Not a course list. Four rungs, each tied to a business outcome, and an honest read on which one you are standing on.
01
Literate
Adoption
Everyone knows what the tools do, what is allowed, and what is off limits. Usage starts because permission stops being ambiguous.
02
Applied
Proficiency
Each role works the tools against its own tasks, with prompts built from your real workflows. Hours come back per person, measurably.
03
Operational
Efficiency
Workflows are rebuilt around the systems and usage is measured weekly. The savings show up in operating numbers, not in a sentiment survey.
04
Transformational
Market advantage
Champions carry the capability forward without us. The firm ships things competitors cannot, and the advantage compounds.

Regulation
EU AI Act Article 4 is already in force
Since February 2, 2025, Article 4 has required providers and deployers of AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy in the staff who operate them. It applies regardless of risk tier, and extraterritorially where AI use affects people in the EU.
Article 4 requires measures, not a mandated course. We design role-tailored, documented programs that satisfy it.
National enforcement begins August 2, 2026. Documented training records, tailored to role and context, are the evidence that you took the measures.
Relevant if you operate in the EU or your AI use affects people there. We scope applicability per engagement on the security page.
The philosophy
Why we teach you everything
The more you teach, the more they realize how much more they can do.
The standard fear is that education lets clients off-board and do it themselves. Our experience runs the other way: every capability unlocked reveals ten more they did not know existed. So we show clients how we built what we built, train their teams to run it, and design every program to make itself unnecessary. Education creates expansion, not churn, and if it ever creates a client who no longer needs us, that was the job.
